FourthGradeNothing.cjb.net is the only site I know of devoted to the underground punk band Fourth Grade Nothing. I made this site because I felt FGN were a band that, although having split up, deserved a lot of recognition. After almost two years of research I have found there is very little information about FGN on the net and seeing as they are one of my favorite bands I decided to make a tribute to them. Please sign the guestbook so I know how to improve things round here. Enjoy the site.

Hey hey! It's been a while (9 years...) since I last updated but I've got a bit of a treat for you. It seems that in June of this year, FGN reformed for a show in Austin, Texas. A friend of mine found out and also found some videos of the show in YouTube. Here's some of the songs from the show for - what I wouldn't have done to have been at the show.

Francis sent me over a load of pictures of the band from back in the day. They're now over in the 'Pictures' section of the site. Also, be expecting some live video of the band to be going up sometime in the new year.

The Jack Frost 7" MP3's are now over in the music section. Thanks to Dave Thomas for getting my copy put onto MP3. Also, now I've got more webspace Adirectional and Kids In America have finally been put up to complete the Album Demo section.

It's been a long time I know. It's a big update this time though. Go over to the 'History' section and click the interview link to read a big interview I did with 4GN. Thanks to everyone who's got in contact with me over the months, it's good to know 4GN still have fans and given me the motivation to keep the site alive. I'll update as with more as soon as I can.

Ok, since everyone wanted tabs so much, I've been working on tabbing the songs. I'm doing the bass along with my mate Lee Jackson and my bud' Peter Hughes is going to tab the guitar. The first two bass tabs are up for Yesteryear and Skip over in the music section. Lyrics will be coming soon when Francis has checked they're ok.

I've got loads of info off of Derek, a friend of the band. Thanks to Derek. I've updated the band history page and added a NEW SONG to the Music secion. Check out Blasted, the last semi-4GN endevour. Long time no update I know, anyway, Francis just gave me the go ahead to put lyrics up at the request of everyone who asked for them. They'll be up as soon as I can fit it in around my colleg work. Also Francis has promised to send me some pictures and video's of the band so when I get them I'll have them streaming from the site. Lastly, Francis and I have have been working on a questions and answer which should answer a lot about the band. Check back soon kids. Later - Jon

Every song from FGN's unreleased album is online apart from the two from the Bio-Dome soundtrack (both - 'Adirectional' and 'Kids In America' - easy to get on Kazaa). I've also been talking to Francis from FGN and he's offering some stuff he has from his days in the band. I might have some streaming live footage of the band up soon but no promises. Possibly a Q&A with Francis and some pictures up soon too. Keep checking back.
